WASH
Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
FIRST USE
A few simple steps will help prepare your Flybee for reliable everyday performance.
Wash the cookware with warm, soapy water. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
Add a small amount of neutral cooking oil to the cool pan. Use a paper towel or soft brush to spread the oil into a thin, even layer.
Place the pan over low heat for 2–3 minutes. Do not let the oil smoke.
Turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool completely. Wipe away any excess oil before cooking or storing the pan.
HEAT & COOKING
Flybee’s fully clad tri-ply construction heats quickly and evenly. Start with low to medium heat, and increase the temperature only when the recipe calls for it.
Best for eggs, crepes, delicate fish, and gentle reheating.
Best for vegetables, pancakes, everyday frying, and browning.
Warm the pan gradually over low to medium heat for 1–2 minutes before adding oil or food. Never preheat an empty pan over high heat.
A small amount of oil or butter helps food release more easily and promotes even browning.
Food will often release naturally once it has browned. If it sticks when you try to flip it, wait a few more seconds and try again.
Aerosol cooking sprays can leave a sticky buildup that becomes harder to remove over time. Use a small amount of regular cooking oil instead.
CLEANING & CARE
Allow the pan to cool before washing. Clean it with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge or brush. Rinse well and dry thoroughly.
Flybee cookware is dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is the best way to preserve its finish and everyday performance.
Never place a hot pan under cold water. Allow it to cool first to protect the cookware from sudden temperature changes.
Dry the cookware after washing to help prevent water spots and keep the stainless-steel finish looking its best.
FOR STUBBORN OR BURNT-ON RESIDUE
Add enough water to cover the affected area.
Add 1–2 tablespoons of baking soda.
Bring the water to a gentle simmer and let it simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool until it is safe to handle.
Wash gently with a soft sponge or non-abrasive brush.
COMPATIBILITY & SAFETY
Flybee cookware is compatible with gas, electric, ceramic, and induction cooktops.
OVEN SAFE
Flybee cookware is oven safe up to 536°F / 280°C. Glass lids are oven safe up to 428°F / 220°C.
INDUCTION
A light hum or buzz may occur on some induction cooktops. This is normal. Center the cookware over an appropriately sized cooking zone for the best performance.
UTENSILS
Flybee’s raised stainless-steel cooking surface is metal-utensil friendly. Silicone or wooden utensils can help keep the cookware looking its best over time.
STORAGE
When stacking cookware, place a pan protector, soft cloth, or paper towel between each piece to help prevent scratches.
Stay nearby whenever cookware is on a heated burner or in the oven.
Never preheat an empty pan over high heat. If oil or food begins to smoke, turn off the heat and ventilate the area.
Handles, lids, and metal components can become hot during cooking. Use oven mitts or pot holders whenever needed.
Lift lids away from your face and hands to avoid hot steam.
Turn handles away from the edge of the cooktop and keep hot cookware out of children’s reach.
Flybee cookware contains metal and must never be placed in a microwave.
Food may stick if the pan is too hot, there is not enough oil, the food is flipped too soon, or residue has built up on the cooking surface. Allow the pan to cool, clean it thoroughly, and re-season it lightly if needed. For everyday cooking, start with low to medium heat and add a small amount of oil or butter.
Add enough water to cover the affected area, then add 1–2 tablespoons of baking soda. Simmer gently for 5–10 minutes. Allow the pan to cool until it is safe to handle, then clean it with a soft sponge or non-abrasive brush.
A light hum or buzz can be normal when using cookware on an induction cooktop. Center the pan over an appropriately sized cooking zone. If the sound is unusually loud, make sure the pan is sitting flat and that the cooking zone is close in size to the base of the pan.
Avoid heating an empty pan over high heat, and never place hot cookware under cold water. Whenever possible, match the burner or induction zone to the flat base of the cookware.
